You may also be interested to know that we are not the only ones concerned by these promotions and the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has uphelp a number of complaints against Groupon this year, including 2 recent complaints against recent advertising and promotion of BOTOX - a prescription only medicine that should not be advertised - and certainly not encouraged through ultra-discounting.

The bottom line is that you should be careful with discount offers for you may not be getting what you think you are getting - and you may get more than you bargained for.

If it sounds too good to be true, then it almost certainly is too good to be true - and while you take a limited risk with a restaurant meal or a consumer item, should you really be taking such risks with the facial injection of neuro-toxins?

Where your face is concerned, we think not. It is worth paying more to ensure that you are buying the best, most expert service.

Look for a Care Quality Commission registered provider that are registered with the Government-backed Treatments You Can Trust Scheme.
