Reservation Procedure
If you would like to reserve a place on one of our courses, please fill out the Reservation Form and we will be in touch with you to secure your place.
Our course reservation procedure
- We can reserve your place on any of the courses detailed. This place will be secured when the full amount of the course cost is paid
- All course reservations are subject to availability
- MPA will issue you with an invoice for the full value of any training
- Payment must be made a minimum of 30 days prior to the course to secure your place*
- We require full payment before your course is due to commence
- All of our courses are subject to VAT
- If the course requires you to have a particular qualification or experience, we will ask you for proof of the qualification during enrolment
* Courses can be reserved less than 30 days prior to the course start date but must be paid in full by the time your course commences.
Payment
Following receipt of your invoice, full payment should be made 30 days prior to the course date. Payment can be made by BACS or by credit/debit card by calling 0115 969 0111. (No credit card charges apply).
Finance Options
We understand that funding your learning and development isn’t always easy, with this in mind we have a number of finance options available to help with financing your course. We are able to offer 12 months at 9.9% APR for all courses. Please ask us for further details on our finance options.

Cancellation policy
In the event that you have to cancel or amend your reservation;
- Up to 1 month prior to the course date there will be no charge
- Between 2-4 weeks before the course date 50% of course fee will be refunded
- Courses cancelled less than 1 week in advance of the commencement of the course will be subject to 100% of the fees
- Substitution of a Delegate will be possible as long as they meet any entry requirements for the training course and will be charged an administration fee of £50
- If you wish to transfer to another course and MPA is willing to accommodate this request, any fees paid will be transferred to the alternative course. Transfers within 28 days of course commencement will be subject to an administration charge of £50.
