Our consultations are completely free of charge, with no obligation to purchase. We will spend a full 45 minutes with you, explaining the procedure in detail, at the end of which it is entirely up to you whether you wish to take it forward to treatment or not.

£30.00 is due in advance at the time of appointment booking, but this is refunded in full providing you attend your appointment, or notify us in plenty of time if you change your mind.

We need 48 hours notice to rearrange or cancel appointment bookings.

Consultations take time and they have a value.

We book 45 minutes just for you (the industry average is 15-30 mins).

Our consultation includes any test patching required.

When considering your consultation, you should find out:

• How long will you have to discuss your needs?

• Who is delivering the consultation - is it a treating doctor/nurse or a sales-person on commission?

• Is there a separate charge for the test patch?

Our consultations are the most thorough in the sector and we are offering limited free consultations to allow the cost-conscious to compare our offering with our competition on an equal footing.
