Contract an Expert Medical Practitioner (EMP)

CSA2000 requires that laser/IPL users have medical protocols produced by an Expert Medical Practitioner (EMP). That is, a Doctor with verifiable expertise in laser/IPL. An EMP will be required to:

•	Write and develop your medical protocols
•	Support these protocols through review and upgrade
•	Provide indemnified individual support in the event of a query or problem
•	Visit your establishment at short notice

Our EMP is Doctor Helen Fernandez. Dr Fernandez has been employed at the Mapperley Park Clinic since 1993, and lectures for the Laser Training & Education Centre. The EMP service is both indemnified and supported by the Mapperley Park Clinic so that you are only ever a phone call away from an acknowledged expert.
