Prepare for and go through your Fit Person interview

The ‘Fit Person' interview is designed to assess your suitability to run or manage a laser, Intense Pulsed Light or LHE TM facility. During your Fit Person interview, the Registered Manager will need to demonstrate knowledge and awareness of laser technology, safety and legal issues. This takes place approx 1 month before the actual Inspection of the facility. Our ‘Fit Person' guide takes you through:

•	The forms you need to complete before the interview
•	The documents you need to take along for the interview
•	The questions you may be asked during interview
•	Exemplar answers to the above questions

The interview can take anything from 45 minutes to 4 hours, but is usually about 1½ hours. It covers issues such as Aims & Objectives of your service, client assessment process, principles of Risk Assessment, Clinical Governance and Training.
