Contract an Expert Medical Practitioner (EMP)

CSA2000 requires that laser/IPL users have medical protocols produced by an Expert Medical Practitioner (EMP). That is, a Doctor with verifiable expertise in laser/IPL. An EMP will be required to:

•	Write and develop your medical protocols
•	Support these protocols through review and upgrade
•	Provide indemnified individual support in the event of a query or problem
•	Visit your establishment at short notice

Our EMP is Doctor Helen Fernandez. Dr Fernandez has been employed at the Mapperley Park Clinic since 1993, and lectures for Mapperley Park's training Centre. The EMP service is both indemnified and supported by the Mapperley Park Clinic so that you are only ever a phone call away from an acknowledged expert.
