Underneath the audit checklist are the titles of the evidence document templates to support the Standards and outcomes.

This audit document can be used to highlight gaps in your evidence before the Inspectors arrive and identify the documentation needed. Alternatively, use the audit to identify the documents you need to improve scores on specific C-Standards following an Inspection.

The audit document can also be used as an Action Plan. Any gaps in your current evidence will be highlighted, thus identifying documents still required.
