For a one-off fee, we can provide you with a CD that is normally part of our support package. The CD contains over 160 evidence document templates, in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel format for ease of use. You will need to adapt and adopt these pro-formas to your facilities practices and procedures. The CD includes:

•	Guides to application process – Application forms/Registration, Fit Person Interview & Pre-Inspection Questionnaire.
•	A set of C-Standards evidence pro-formas - Policies, procedures and sign-off templates for you to adapt and adopt.
•	An audit process linking directly with the C-Standards to easily identify and track work you need to complete
•	Clients Guide & Statement of Purpose to submit with your application.
•	An Index system which supports and cross references all policies to the NMS.
