CSA Mapperley Park can save you around 350 hours of work. We can also save you the time in searching for an LPA and EMP.

You will still be required to follow the same steps to compliance, but our guides, evidence pro-formas, and easy-to-use format make the process much quicker, easier and less stressful.

You need to:

•	Open, adapt, check, save, print and file the document pro-formas
•	Source the relevant contracts such as maintenance, electrical testing, water testing, waste, and Health & Safety
•	Appoint a Laser Protection Adviser (LPA) and an Expert Medical Practitioner (EMP)
•	Print off relevant documentation from the weblinks provided (e.g. Department of Health, NICE, DDA)
•	Communicate your evidence to your staff
•	Have a sound understanding of the evidence you have compiled
•	Use your evidence

We know that the proper adaptation of this evidence can score high marks – our most recent Inspection at the Mapperley Park Clinic scored mostly 4s. However, if you only adapt, print and file our pro-formas, the Inspectors will know this and it will score low. You need to use your evidence, and your staff need to know where it is and how to find things. We can help you with this, but can take no responsibility for if you do not implement it.
