Welcome to the Conference and Meeting facilities at Mapperley Park Training Academy. Our meeting space is ideal for events, meetings and conferences, training sessions or interviews.
If you would like to utilise our desks, you can comfortably sit up to 20 delegates in the large training room and 10 in the smaller training room. For events where attendees will be standing, our large room can accommodate up to 50 delegates.
Both of our meeting rooms have access to our CTOUCH audio visual system. Our larger training room has a 75” screen and two 42” screens, and the smaller training room has a 70” screen.
In our main training room, we have contemporary modular furniture which can be adapted to suit various class sizes, plus both rooms are fully air conditioned.
Our friendly and professional events team will ensure that your event is given the attention it needs to ensure it runs smoothly and you have all of the tools you need to make it a success.
Break out areas and refreshments
If you are looking for larger space with a break out area, we can offer you both rooms at a very competitive price, utilising the smaller training room as a break out area.
Our main rooms also has a comfortable break out area with water, tea and coffee making facilities. We can also arrange any additional refreshments and lunch you require.

- Free car parking spaces; street parking is also available around the building
- We have a lift which provides full disabled access, and accessible toilets.
- Rooms can be hired 7 days a week (around clinic opening hours)
- We recommend you make your booking at least 4 weeks in advance
